**When buying from my shop you agree to my policies**

Standard grade are the best of the batch. Minor flaws possible only on close inspection. These flaws may include small dust or specs in the enamel, small scratches, etc. Flaws will not be noticeable at an arms length away. Overall standards should have little to no flaws that will affect the overall design. 

Seconds:
Seconds will contain the above flaws to a higher degree, along with potential misaligned print, missing or underfilled enamel, among other flaws. 

I will try my best to upload examples of seconds in my stories close to drop.

P4P (Pay for Production):

P4Ps will not be graded. However I will not send out any pins that are heavily flawed.

I do not make any profit on these pins.

My p4p price reflects the cost of production of the merch, cost of artwork, shipping costs from the factory to me, any payment processing and platform fees.

I will sometimes include shipping supplies fees if I am ordering the supplies purely for the p4p, this isn't often though.

Reselling is strongly discouraged but if you must DS (Drop+ship) is required. 

Trading must be for equal value. 

Gifting is okay.

All sales are final, and I do not accept returns. That said if you have any concerns with your order please reach out to me through email ([email protected]).

I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once your package is dropped off at the post office it is out of my control.

I ship through USPS and if you have any questions about your order I recommend reaching out to your local post office.

If you need help getting in contact with them feel free to let me know!

Once you recieve the pin you can't sell or trade for 2 weeks after recieving. 

For non p4p items it is highly discouraged selling for more than DSS.

For p4p items please read above under the P4P section.

If you are caught breaking these rules you will be blocked and banned from buying from me.

LE pins will be stated as LE. 

I am open to restocks on most pins as long as there is interest. 

If I restock p4p, any extra money will be donated to a charity of my choice.

Please make sure you want to wait for the pin before preordering. PO funds always go to the cost of production. I will not refund any preorders unless they do not reach funding.

Please expect up to 5+ months production time on preorders. If you don't want to wait that long please do not preorder. I will always post updates on production as I recieve them, either on  my stories or my updates page. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Combine Orders / Drop Buddies

I am no longer combining orders and refunding extra shipping. 

I will also no longer change addresses for drop buddies. Drop buddies are allowed of course, however you will need to discuss with your buddy about shipping to you when they recieve the pin. 

This will help me stay more organized and process your orders more quickly and efficently. 


Shipping Policies

In hands can take 1-5 days to ship. If there is a delay there will be an update on my insta stories. Generally I am able to mail out fast.

I will combine shipping if you make multiple purchases within the same drop. Please just send me an email with your order numbers and name. If you don't do this I will ship separately.

If you need an address change please email as soon as you can with your order number, full name, and updated address. 

International Buyers: 

I am not responsible for any extra fees or taxes incurred by their customs and import taxes. 

Purchaser understands they are responsible for any VAT charges, custom and import taxes.

*Please note that although I now ship to the EU I am not responsible for any issues that arise during shipping. I have spoken with other makers and everything seems to be fine now but just in case anything arises!
